Elections official says Colorado County ready to implement SB2753 changes
Elections staff updated commissioners on SB2753, saying the county is prepared to convert to county-wide voting and the new voting period established by the law.

Elections staff provided an update on the state law SB2753 and the county's implementation plans. Rebecka Lacourse said Colorado County is prepared for the changes required by the bill, which reduced early voting and election-day voting in favor of a consolidated voting period, and thanked the court for assistance in making the transition. "Colorado County is not only prepared, but ready to implement," she said.
