Chairman Louis Simone attended the Oct. 21 S.A.V.E. meeting and reported that Lucy Gibson, a traffic engineer with Toole Design, presented proposals for managing Route 41 traffic and safety. The presentation noted two 400-unit housing projects planned along Route 41 (one in London Grove and one in the Avondale portion) and proposed roundabouts at the Route 1/Route 41 interchanges and in Chatham.
