The Valley County Board of Supervisors approved Concept 3 for the Mortensen Site plat at its April 14 meeting after discussion of potential plats and site issues. Supervisor Stunkel moved to approve Concept 3, Supervisor Ference seconded, and the motion carried with Petska, DeRiso, Stunkel, Ference and Magiera voting yes and Supervisor VanSlyke voting no; Supervisor Baker was absent.
