At the Aug. 17 meeting, staff member Ms. Gruenberg updated the board on the Java Lodge property, reporting that owners were contacted about a development deadline of Dec. 31, 2026. She said the deadline to request an extension is Nov. 16, 2026, and noted that village road construction is currently limiting access to the property.
