County Administrator Ajibwa Abueko told the Board of Commissioners on Sept. 22 that the board's June 16 resolution imposed “a temporary moratorium on the approval, establishment, or construction, or the granting issuance of any permit for any data center or data processing center for a period of 6 months.”
