Board rejects move to take censure discussion into executive session

Shortly after the censure resolution was introduced, a member moved to go into executive session to discuss personnel and employment matters related to the complaint. Several members questioned whether the stated grounds qualified under the Open Meetings Act and asked legal counsel to advise.
