The Isanti County Planning Commission recommended approval June 11 of the preliminary plat for Maple Ridge Pines, a seven-lot subdivision on a 63.08-acre parcel in Maple Ridge Township. Brian Person of Hakanson Anderson Land Surveying represented Reliable Land & Trust LLC and presented a layout with lot sizes ranging from 2.50 to 9.91 acres; Trina Bergloff, the county zoning administrator, said the proposal meets the county’s zoning and subdivision ordinances.
