County Administrator presented a services contract with Invictus Protection Agency LLC to provide armed security at the county airport after the previous vendor stopped providing services. "This is for the requirements to have armed security at our airport," the County Administrator said, and described the arrangement as an emergency contract to bridge near-term needs.
