Chair opens floor to public comment; no speakers came forward
The Chair opened the meeting for public comment but, hearing none, moved the meeting to a motion to adjourn that was seconded and approved by voice vote.

The Chair announced there were no pending items and said, "I'll open the meeting up to privilege of the floor if anyone wishes to speak." After a pause and hearing no public comments, the Chair said, "I'll entertain a motion to adjourn."
