The Board of Trustees approved payment of routine bills at the May 12 meeting. The minutes list payments to Mid Dakota ($120.00, water), Envirotech ($96.30, trash), Highmore Herald ($28.81, publishing), Northwestern Energy ($1,575.81, power), Venture Communication ($171.28, phone), Brosz Engineering ($540.00, engineering fees), Finance Officer Sarah Rheinbolt ($526.10, wages) and Caps Trail Service ($68.36, gas).
