Select Board Chair Andrea Treadway described concerns from a member of the Development Review Board and Planning Commission about agenda warnings not being posted on the town website within the required warning timeframe. "There is no State Ethics Committee and currently this is operated by selfgovernance," she said, describing the legal and procedural uncertainty.
