The commission moved to approve preliminary consideration of several plats and replats, including a replat of Lot 144 in Regency Park Subdivision (residential intent) and the preliminary plat for D & J Alexander Commercial (commercial use). Staff presented the applicant names (Ramon Diaz Barroso for the Regency Park replat; Topside Civil Group for engineering on commercial lots) and recommended approval subject to comments.
