Committee members urged greater coordination between the committee, the business-improvement district (BID) and other entities that overlap downtown planning and incentives. Staff (speaker 2) proposed inviting the BID, TIR representatives and similar groups to present updates at future meetings so the committee can align efforts and avoid overlapping programs.
