Staff provided construction updates on multiple drain reconstruction projects, reporting that several projects are substantially complete and others are progressing: torque-claim settlement work is substantially complete, Jay/Jayce McCarty phase 3 is substantially complete, the contractor is working on Emily Vestal Drain (near 261st Street), and Anchorage Drain punch-list items were completed last week pending final confirmation.
