The Prescott Public Library Board of Trustees approved its board structure and by-laws and accepted both the director's and financial reports during a meeting on Jan. 22, 2026. Jerry Klasen, board chair, called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.; the board carried motions to accept the agenda and to approve the Dec. 4, 2025 minutes before moving into reports.
