Deputy City Manager Beau Wright presented staff backups and the tree mitigation plan for Sunrise Estates, submitted by Joe Wiggins Construction. Councilman Dan Lewandowski asked developer representative Joe Wiggins if he approved the plan; Wiggins confirmed he did and Lewandowski moved for approval. Vice Mayor Speedy Kussler seconded and the council approved the mitigation plan.
