The Pocono Township Board of Commissioners appointed Scott Raymond and Shawn Brosnan to Civil Service Alternate positions after brief interviews during its Aug. 18 meeting. Vice Chair Natasha Leap moved to approve both appointments; Mike Velardi seconded the motion and it passed with all members voting in favor.
