The Minburn City Council on Dec. 11 unanimously approved $49,610.91 in bills and payroll after a motion by Councilmember Andrew McGuire and a second from Councilmember Laura Helm. The approved list included payments to CLINT LUELLEN for mowing, AJS SANITATION for garbage service, gWorks for software, and a payroll run of $8,475.66.
