At the meeting the council approved several development and finance items that were on the agenda. After public hearings and brief discussion, the council approved Resolution 2026‑35 (development agreement with Ford Inc.) and Resolution 2026‑36 (development agreement with Orange Inc.), each authorizing tax‑increment appropriations and pledging certain tax increment revenues to payment of the agreements. The motions carried following roll calls.
