County staff told the board the remediation on the courthouse third floor has been completed and cleared testing; installers are working on the 3rd‑floor HVAC and expect roughly a month to complete remaining work. The courthouse exterior work is approximately 98% complete, siding on Building A will be replaced with hardy board, and jail lock and shower‑trap plumbing repairs are scheduled.
