The board voted to approve a CivicPlus proposal and related sole-source procurement to provide agenda management, audio/accessibility services (AudioEye/Doc Access) and CivicPlus Media for hosting and preserving board meeting videos. County staff said CivicPlus integrates with existing systems and that implementation fees of $9,621.53 have been waived; the first-year prorated cost quoted was $6,002.71 and the annual recurring cost $18,006.61.
