The Planning Commission recommended approval and then approved CSP2619, a commission site plan for a PJ's Coffee of New Orleans with a drive-through on about 0.87 acres located along the Foley Beach Express. Staff found the proposed 500-square-foot building and drive-through layout conform to the B-4 major commercial district zoning and noted the applicant previously received a highway construction setback appeal; staff recommended approval conditioned on the applicant obtaining an Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) turnout permit prior to building permit submittal.
