County staff presented a competitive purchase using a state cooperative contract for Musco sports lighting for new fields, noting MOCA (the county's contract manager) had vetted the selection. "This is for the installation and purchase and delivery of the new sports field lighting," staff said, adding the procurement used the state cooperative contract and that MOCA reviewed it.
