Board adopts rules of order; committee assignments distributed
Washburn County Board adopted its rules of order and circulated tentative committee assignments at the April 21 meeting; members were asked to report any conflicts so assignments can be finalized.

The board voted to adopt the Washburn County rules of order as presented after corporation counsel reviewed parliamentary procedure, duties of the chair, closed‑session guidance and amendment processes. The clerk read election rules for the chair and vice chairs and described ballot procedures used for committee selections.
