Staff presented a one‑year agreement with 3 Rivers Regional Commission to operate the county's Section 5311 rural public transportation services from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Under the contract TRRC will manage daily operations — scheduling, staffing, maintenance and compliance — while the county provides funding and vehicles.
