County staff presented competitive bids for two road replacement projects and recommended different low bidders for each. For the Pigeon Creek (Colburn) replacement, McCoy Grading Inc. submitted the low bid of $1,239,859.51; for the John Brown replacement, Piedmont Paving submitted the low bid of $499,444.64.
