The Berrien County Board of Commissioners opened a public hearing on the Orchard View Lofts Combined Brownfield Plan and subsequently approved it on the consent calendar. Community Development Director Dan Fette presented project details, saying the proposal would place six buildings and 144 residential units on 11.38 acres at 3150 Niles Road.
