Interim coordinator reports on hiring, Driftless Bound grant, audits and IT work

Bridal Lepke (interim administrative coordinator / HR director) provided a round of administrative updates: she said Nate Torres will begin as administrative coordinator on June 23, an RFP for corporation counsel was issued with proposals due May 29 and review slated for the June Gen Gov meeting, and IT is working on a countywide intranet to centralize staff information. She also said Vernon County received WEDC funding for a talent-recruitment program dubbed "Driftless Bound," with funds available through 2028 and program details to be developed.
