I checked spelling (proper names used as in transcript and the provided normalization for "Vernon County"), chronology (items reported in meeting order), framing (decisions separated from discussion), misidentification risks (quotes attributed only to speakers present in the transcript), quantitative precision (dollar figures and vote tallies presented exactly as read aloud), and agency/contract clarity (counsel concerns and amendment recorded).
