Nueces County's commissioners approved the plat for Rosa's Acres Subdivision on Sept. 23, with one commissioner abstaining and additional discussion about required guarantees for two lots that will need septic systems. Public Works staff said the property had not previously been platted and the current process corrects past sales, and staff recommended approval of the plat.
