Annie Humes, director of the county’s Convention & Visitors Bureau and representative for the Mon Forest Town of Seneca Rocks, told the commission that staff are preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to improve the intersection at Seneca Rocks. She also raised a separate cultural project tied to the America 250 state program: a time capsule for each county.
