Youth members from the Moorefield Church of God, in coordination with the Potomac Highlands Guild, presented a proclamation asking the Commission to recognize Red Ribbon Week, Oct. 23–31, 2026. Commissioner Roger Dahmer moved to approve the proclamation and the vote was unanimous.
