The commission approved four invoices from Pierce Field Contracting LLC for labor and equipment on the same 135/Pearl infrastructure project; staff said utility supply was paid separately with no material markup.

Town staff told the Redevelopment Commission that Pierce Field Contracting LLC supplied labor and equipment for the infrastructure work on 135 and Pearl Street and that the town pays utility supply vendors directly with no material markup. "What this is, Piercefield provides the labor and equipment, and then we pay utility supply directly with no material markup," a staff presenter said.
