Town staff reported that two AED units at town facilities had expired batteries and pads and that the model is being discontinued. To address the gap, the town ordered three replacement AEDs (for town hall, wastewater plant and police), coordinated as part of a larger procurement with Sugar Creek Township to secure a discount; Sugar Creek will front the cost and be reimbursed by the town.
