The council adopted Resolution 24-11 approving the FY23–24 Street Finance Report and approved the city's Annual Financial Report; both votes were unanimous.

The council reviewed the Street Finance Report for fiscal year 2023'24 and adopted Resolution 24-11 approving the 23'24 SRF on a motion by Council member Jonna Willadsen, seconded by Rich Wiig; the motion carried unanimously. The Annual Financial Report was then presented and approved on motion by Greg Gaer, seconded by Rich Wiig.
