After discussing service gaps and program examples, committee members turned to how to incorporate their concerns into formal planning work. Chair Gabrielle Hill asked whether a transit study typically precedes an RFP and how the committee could ensure Mr. Sorensen and other staff see the conversation; Laurie R. Tautel, the county chairwoman present, replied that meetings are recorded and livestreamed and that a letter could be drafted to capture the committee's discussions for staff review.
