The board accepted the Plan Commission's recommendation and approved a conditional use permit for the Riverdale School District's new storage building at 801 N 5th Street. Trustee Meyer moved and Trustee Anderson seconded the motion; the roll-call vote of Seifert, Meyer, Johnson, Hill, Anderson and Imhoff carried unanimously.
