The township awarded the Buckeye Boulevard and Malloy Road culvert replacement projects to Hemling Excavating per the Portage County engineer’s recommendation and the bid opening. The roads supervisor reported recent gutter patching, vehicle repairs and upcoming culvert and ditching work; Hemling’s combined bid amount was read into the record and trustees voted to accept the contractor pending the prosecutor’s recommendation.
