David Newton and Mark Wryan presented an interior and exterior renovation and addition for 11 Massasoit Rd., including converting an existing garage into habitable space, adding a three‑car garage with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above, and adding a first‑floor bedroom. The amended plan proposes removing approximately 1,000 sq ft of impervious surface from the site and removing non‑native vegetation.
