The committee authorized a contract request for architectural and engineering design and construction services for the Shaker Place High Rise remodeling project. Director Olson recommended Interim Reactor Architects, BC as the highest-rated respondent following an RFP with nine applicants and described a contract request totaling $892,009.75 (inclusive of base, fees and a 15% contingency) for design work beginning Nov. 1, 2026 and running through Oct. 31, 2029.
