Koochiching County commissioners approved conditional use permit #20261331 for Wagner Construction, Inc. to operate an existing ready‑mix and concrete plant, subject to conditions requiring compliance with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) air quality and stormwater permits and submission of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and Dust Control Plan to Environmental Services.
