Trustees voted 5–0 (two absent) to adopt a DEI compliance resolution stating the district is aware of and does not condone the prohibited practices addressed in the resolution.

The Paradise ISD Board unanimously adopted a DEI compliance resolution on Aug. 17, 2026, with Trustee Trent Murphy moving the resolution and Trustee Renea Remmele seconding. The motion passed with five votes in favor; two trustees were recorded absent.
