Under unfinished business, the council took up the second reading of Resolution 5-20-26 to adopt the Madison County local hazard mitigation five-year plan. The chair asked for a motion to approve the resolution; the motion was moved and seconded and the council voted to adopt the plan. "Moving into unfinished business, 2nd reading resolution 5 dash 20 26 adopting the Madison County local hazard mitigation 5 year plan," the chair said when introducing the item.
