The Alexandria Public Schools Board approved several intergovernmental and contractual agreements at its Aug. 17 meeting. Approved items include a Memorandum of Agreement with Winona State University effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031; a Post‑Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) agreement with Ridgewater College for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027; and a Joint Powers Agreement with the Perpich Center for Arts Education for Aug. 1, 2026–June 30, 2027.
