Shelly Johnson, introduced by a supervisor, opened a privilege‑of‑the‑floor presentation on National 4‑H Week and introduced program staff and youth who shared projects and service work. A youth speaker identified herself as a 4‑H vice president and described community service and project work that included cleaning two miles of road and winning fair ribbons.
