Commissioner R. Harris moved and Commissioner J. Henson seconded a motion to elect a set of individuals as Notary Publics "for the term prescribed by law." The motion passed on voice vote and the minutes list the following names: Shannon Blackwood; Rita Gillon; Aurelius Logan; Susan Worlds; Donna Buckner; Debra Gingery; Natalie Lovelace; Kathy Dannelley; Katrina Henson; Joseph Smith; John Gaines; Sandra Hutcherson; Bridget Worlds.
