Planning Commission backs arched-window option for Broad Street façade improvements
The commission reviewed an updated façade-improvement proposal for 139 and 141 Broad Street and voted to forward Option 2, which the Commission said best maintains the building's historic appearance; the option would allow exterior installation of fully arched windows but increases project cost.
