The Prescott Planning Commission on Jan. 5 reviewed the Great Rivers Third Addition concept plan and voted to forward the proposal to City Council and to approve a request for a public hearing. City Administrator Matt Wolf presented the concept plan, which would rezone multiple parcels from A-1 Agricultural to R-5 Single Family Residential and apply a Planned Unit Development overlay.
