Applicant Justin Myers of Agbinity described the project's 20‑acre working farm as an integrated community amenity that will operate from day one. “For Everly Farms, just on a high level, it's a 20 acre working farm. It'll be part of the day 1 kind of experience of the community,” Myers said, explaining the farm will produce diversified vegetables, herbs and flowers year‑round using organic and sustainable practices.
