Catherine Tarnowski provided the board with the Planning Board update for May, reporting that a proposed four-lot subdivision on Oaklands Road raised concerns about hydric soils, property lines and potential flooding. The Planning Board took jurisdiction of the plan and voted to have Rockingham County Conservation District review the proposal.
